Antifoaming Agent Specialized for Fermentation

Antifoaming agent specialized for fermentation, DDBF-301, is used for bio-fermentation in pharmacy and food processing industries. The antifoaming agent is made by silicon-type super-surfactant and exclusive formula technology, which is from Germany and represents the leading technology around the world. Technique starting point of antifoaming agent is high, meanwhile, it is pertain to the latest generation. The antifoaming agent has overcome the shortages of short time of antifoaming and foam inhibiting of traditional organo-silica and its weak adapting capability under server chemical and physical conditions for long time. The antifoaming agent is widely used in various bio-fermentation process to defoam and inhibit foam, such as penicillin, streptomycin, erythromycin, micronomicin sulfate, lincomycin hydrochloride, tetracycline, gentamicin, antibiotics, vitamin, xanthan gum, yeast, validamycin, enzyme, gourmet powder, grape wine, beer, citric acid and bio-agricultural chemicals, etc..

Product Characteristics:
1. Good defoaming effect, long foam inhibiting time, may control foam formation during fermentation process.
2. Non- poisonous, free from side-effect for microbe.
3. Less usage, usually 0.01 ~ 0.5% dosage will achieve ideal effect.

Methods of Application: Directly application after high temperature bactericidal action and enduring effect of antifoaming is available; dilute with water or foaming fluid 1 ~ 5 times than antifoaming agent after high temperature bactericidal action, use fed-batch fermentation to achieve  fast defoaming.
Product Package: 25KG, 50KG plastic barrel or tailored according to clients’ requirement.

Storage and Transportation: the product is non-toxicity and hard to ignite and explode so storage and transportation of the product is similar to common chemical product. Be stored in gloomy, cold and dry condition to avoid long time insolation. Expiration period is 6 months under normal temperature. In winter, it will be frost during transportation in the North, after defrosting naturally there will be no influence on antifoaming effect.
